You will be the first dedicated commercial hire at Syncable, working directly alongside the CEO. This is not a role you inherit — it is one you build.
Your freedom:
Own the full commercial motion. Pipeline, outreach, demos, proposals, close. You define the approach — whether that's LinkedIn, events, direct outreach, or partnerships.
Sell to buyers you understand. CTOs, CISOs, Engineering VPs, Cloud Architects, DevOps leads — people who care about the real engineering challenges we solve.
Shape the GTM strategy. Your market insights will directly influence how we position, price, and expand. You are not executing someone else's playbook — you are writing the first one.
Play a role in fundraising. If you have experience with investor relations, VC outreach, or have been close to a Series A process, that is a meaningful differentiator. We are on a path to raise, and the right person will be part of that story.
You have sold B2B technical products before — infrastructure, DevOps tooling, cloud platforms, developer security, or something in that world. You know how engineering-led companies buy.
You are comfortable in a room with a CISO talking about NIS2 blast radius exposure, and equally comfortable talking blast radius analysis with a principal engineer.
You have navigated enterprise procurement in Europe — slow legal cycles, multi-stakeholder decisions, long timelines — and you know how to move things forward without pushing people away.
You are self-directed and energised by building from scratch. You do not need a CRM full of warm leads handed to you. You create your own.
You are motivated by ownership and upside — equity and commission mean more to you than a safe salary at a company going nowhere.
Bonus: You have experience supporting or leading a fundraising round. You know what a data room looks like. You have relationships with EU-focused investors.
Bonus: You have worked at companies like Snyk, HashiCorp, Grafana, Datadog, Humanitec, Qovery, Incident.io, or a similar infrastructure or developer tooling company.
Founding partner status. You are joining the commercial founding team, not filling a headcount slot. Your impact shapes the trajectory of the company.
Equity. A real stake in a company with unicorn ambition, EU regulatory tailwinds, and a product that is genuinely differentiated. Not a token options grant — a meaningful share of what we are building.
