The Role: Digital Growth & Ops

We are looking for a tech-savvy student who lives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and AI. You will be the "engine room" of our marketing activities, helping us stay lean, fast, and digitally dominant.

You will be hands-on with our website, Linkedin, hosting events (digital and on site), and assist in our sales digitalization process.

What You’ll Do

  • AI-Powered Content: Use AI tools and agents to create high-quality content, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates at scale.

  • Web & Digital: Maintain and "fix up" the website (Webflow/Wordpress/etc.), ensuring it’s reflecting our brand, is optimized for SEO and GEO and looks world-class.

  • Event Hosting: Be the producer of our webinars and assist with on-site events.

  • Sales Digitalization: Work with the team to automate sales sequences and integrate AI into our outreach process to make it smarter and faster.

  • Tactical Execution: Support international outreach with sharp copy, localized messaging, and creative media pushes.


What You Bring

  • Digital Native: You don't just "use" the internet; you understand how it works. You're comfortable jumping into a new CMS or CRM and figuring it out in an hour.

  • AI Enthusiast: You are already using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude), automation tools (Zapier, Make), or AI agents to 10x your own productivity.

  • Execution Mindset: You prefer a "done" project over a "perfect" plan. You have a high bias for action.

  • Communication: You’re a confident communicator (written and verbal) who is comfortable hosting a webinar or chatting with prospects at a fair.

  • Current Student: Ideally pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Tech, or Data.

In simpler terms, you can find out exactly what drives that particular customer to buy your product, why and at what price.
