About the role
Keen is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, execution-focused person to support our Commercial Founder in scaling our go-to-market operations. This isn't a traditional admin role. You'll be hands-on in the engine room of a fast-moving SaaS company, owning the systems, tools, and processes that make commercial growth happen.
This role is open to full-time candidates, part-time students, and interns. What matters most is the right mindset and a genuine interest in the work.
What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with our Commercial Founder to optimize and automate how we operate across CRM, outreach, and marketing. In practice, that means keeping our CRM clean, structured, and actionable, building and improving automation workflows that remove manual work, supporting outreach and lead generation efforts through LinkedIn and other channels, and helping us create a marketing engine that scales without scaling headcount.
You'll also play a key role in how we bring AI into our day-to-day work. At Keen, we use AI agents where they actually move the needle, and we expect this person to have the same mindset.
What we're looking for
Experience with a modern CRM system, preferably Attio
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Hands-on experience with automation tools
Curiosity about AI tools, ideally with experience using Claude or similar
Bonus points if you have experience with
Email, content, or video marketing
Building or running growth experiments
