About the role

We're looking for a Tech Lead to own product development across our entire venture portfolio. You report directly to the CEO, make architecture and tech stack decisions, and carry full responsibility for building our products the right way.

You write code, not slides. You don't wait for instructions — you take ownership. And you're deeply curious about what's happening right now in agentic development, autonomous workflows, and AI-driven software.

We build products where AI agents work autonomously — from autonomous linkbuilding to self-healing pipelines. You don't just understand it. You're passionate about it.

This is a career path to Group CTO — not an empty title, but a real plan with milestones.

What you'll do

• Product development & reporting — Own technical product development and report directly to the CEO. Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure we ship fast and with quality.

• Architecture & tech stack — Choose architecture, tech stack, and infrastructure for each venture. Pragmatic choices — what works, scales, and can be maintained by a small team.

• Agentic & autonomous development — Drive our AI-first approach: autonomous agents, LLM-integrated workflows, AI-driven linkbuilding, and Claude-based development infrastructure. This isn't the future — it's now.

• Hands-on coding — You build alongside the team. Not just reviews and architecture diagrams — you write production code daily across our ventures in Laravel, React, Svelte, and Next.js.

• Team building — Hire and shape the technical team as we scale. Set the standard for code culture, code reviews, and technical decisions.

• Business understanding — Prioritize features that drive revenue, and say no to those that don't. Technology is a means, not an end.

You don't build one product forever. You build multiple ventures simultaneously — from first line of code to scale:

• Payfriend — AI-powered pre-collection platform

• LegalFriend — AI legal practice management

• CarFriend — CRM for car dealers

• NextLab Platform — Internal operations dashboard

What we're looking for

Our philosophy: competence > years of experience. We write 5+ years because we want someone who understands how the real world works — not just theory. But competence level matters far more than CV lines. Have you built something serious and can prove it? Talk to us.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer — or equivalent competence

• Solid experience with Laravel + React/Svelte in production

• Architecture understanding — you design systems, not just features

• Thrive with autonomy, ownership, and direct product responsibility

• Deeply engaged in agentic development and autonomous AI workflows

• Experience with DevOps — deployment, servers, CI/CD

• Understand business — can prioritize what creates value

• Ambitions — want to build something bigger than yet another feature factory

Nice to have:

• Experience leading a small tech team

• Experience in venture or startup environments

• Hands-on with Claude, GPT, or other LLM APIs

• Have built or used AI agents in practice

• Experience with autonomous development workflows
