Valuation Analyst (Student Job) – Crispa | AI & Fintech Startup

📍 Copenhagen | Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week)

At Crispa, we’re rebuilding the accounting and finance stack for entrepreneurs from the ground up, with AI at the core. We are a full-service accounting and advisory firm, operating on our own accounting & forecasting platform. We help entrepreneurs maximize the value of their companies by starting with market valuations and key value drivers and working backwards from there. To create an analytical foundation for this, we are building the most comprehensive database of private company financing rounds in Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do:

As a Valuation Analyst, you'll work with this dataset to derive market-level insights, analyze trends, and advise individual companies on valuation ranges when they are preparing to fundraise or sell their businesses. You will also help shape our analytical frameworks and data pipelines as we build out the dataset country by country. You'll be instrumental in defining how we incorporate these insights into our platform and services.

You will work very closely with another part-time student, with a math and physics background, who has built the initial data pipeline, API integrations, and analytical backend. He will handle the development-heavy parts of the workflow, while you focus on the finance and business insights we can get from the data.

Valuation insights will also be a key part of our content marketing strategy to help us build authority in this space. You will create engaging data visualisations and thought-provoking reports and narratives that will be published on our social media, blog, and in our newsletters.

And, since we are an early-stage startup, where everyone rolls up their sleeves, you will also be helping out with a bunch of other things along the way.

✨ About You:

• 📚 You’re a Master’s student at CBS with grades in the top 10–15% of your class.

• 🚀 Proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment.

• 📊 Analytical, comfortable handling big datasets, and eager to learn new systems and tools.

• 🤖 Familiar with AI tools - experience can come from studies, side projects, or personal curiosity. Experience with programming in Python is a plus, but not a requirement

• 💬 Excellent communicator, fluent in English.

📍Location

You must be based in Copenhagen and be ready to come to the office at least one day per week. We do offer flexibility, but we are an office-first company.
