At 24Slides, we are looking for a Head of Digital Growth to take our business to the next level, not just by managing existing channels, but by building the paths to market that don’t even exist yet.

The Role: Builder & Strategic Project Lead (60% Growth / 40% CRO)
Reporting directly to the CCO, you will have the overall responsibility for driving our TOP-TOP funnel and ensuring a razor-sharp conversion journey. For the first 6–12 months, you will act as a "Player-Coach": You set the strategy, but you also execute the strategic "big bets" and new channels yourself, independently and/or alongside the rest of the marketing team.
Build Growth Channels: You identify and build the next major growth engines for 24Slides (e.g., within Pharma, Consulting, or AI presentations). You take an idea and lead it all the way from hypothesis to a scaled, measurable channel.
Continuous CRO – From Traffic to Order: You own the conversion journey from the first touchpoint to the completed order (conversion rate optimization). You drive a high tempo of experiments (landing pages, pricing, onboarding) and ensure our funnel is constantly refined and aligned with our commercial goals.
Digital Scaling & Automation: Working closely with our Automation team, you ensure that we leverage AI and technical solutions as a force multiplier to 10x our output and efficiency (CAC/LTV).
You Have Built, Not Just Managed: You have a documented track record of building growth channels from 0 to scaled results. You might come from an e-commerce background, a digital agency, or a SaaS company where you are used to demanding conversion targets.
Organic Growth is in Your DNA: Experience with organic growth (SEO, content, YouTube/video and other) is a prerequisite for this role.
Strong Project Lead: You have the ability to follow good ideas all the way to the finish line. You can navigate complexity, build a business case for a new channel, and hold yourself (and the team) accountable for results.
Commercially Grounded: You think in LTV:CAC, not in impressions and reach. You understand the difference between brand investment and revenue generation.
