We're at the point in proprty.ai's journey where the product works, the customers are harvesting real value — and now we need to scale into new markets. 

We're looking for a driven and structured Business Development Representative to be the tip of the spear as we enter the Dutch market. You'll work closely with our Founder and leadership, Sales Executive, and Marketing Lead to make sure the right property companies in the Netherlands get introduced to proprty.ai.  


What we're looking for 

At proprty.ai we are committed to being an AI-first company (it’s in our name!), so you’ll be a part of building an AI-first BDR motion from scratch. We’re looking for someone who embraces the latest AI innovation and is excited to put it into action. You've probably worked in a startup or fast-paced environment before and know what it takes to thrive when the playbook is still being written. That excites you, not intimidates you. 

To shine in this role, you need to be curious, persistent, and methodical. You understand that opening great conversations requires more than a good script — it takes genuine interest in the customer's world and the discipline to follow through. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Identify and research target accounts within your target market 

  • Run outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers 

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities 

  • Book and prepare discovery meetings for the Co-founder and Sales Executive 

  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on messaging and targeting 

  • Be a key player in our new market motion, helping shape the BDR motion and best practices, and feeding market insights back into the team to sharpen our go-to-market approach 

 

Who you are 

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar outward-facing role — B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus 

  • You're comfortable picking up the phone and initiating conversations with people who aren't expecting your call 

  • You work in a structured, consistent way, able to identify what’s working and what’s not, and iterate on your approach along the way 

  • You communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and in conversation 

  • You're results-oriented and motivated by hitting targets 

  • You actively look for ways to use technology to work smarter. You use tools like ChatGPT, Clay, or similar to scale your outreach and sharpen your research, and you're always looking for the next thing that gives you an edge 

  • You know your way around a CRM — HubSpot experience is ideal 

  • Native Dutch speaker with professional proficiency in English, written and spoken 

  • You live in Copenhagen or are willing to relocate 

  • Experience from the real estate industry is a plus, not a requirement

The cost of maintaining the Danish property mass is growing fast, and property managers are struggling to keep up with maintenance and regulatory responsibilities. The challenge to live up to the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, is made harder, by not having the tools nor data to make the right strategic choices when planning and executing maintenance. Using machine learning algorithms trained on millions of m2 worth of data, we can provide property managers with data to make the right decisions, when it comes to spending resources on maintenance. We're creating an AI powered web platform, that allows property managers to create condition assessments and maintenance plans in a fraction of the time they're using today, by mixing output from our machine learning models with boots on the ground input. It's not only faster. It provides high quality data instead of subjective information. At proprty.ai we've already signed partnerships with 18% of the Danish residential property market.
