To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a hands-on Contract Specialist to join us in Aarhus. You’ll take ownership of customer and supplier contracts, drive negotiations and redlining, and help build the structure and systematics that make contract work scalable in a fast-growing SaaS company.
This role is for someone who likes being close to the business, enjoys responsibility, and is equally comfortable negotiating terms and building order in complexity.
Founded in a garage in 2016 and now headquartered in the heart of Aarhus, Adversus is a fast-growing SaaS company with a team of +75 colleagues. We’re a leading provider of cloud-based sales engagement software, serving customers in more than 35 countries.
Our platform combines dialer and CRM, helping outbound teams work in a structured, data-driven way, with usability and strong UX at the center of everything we build.
You’ll own how we handle contracts across the business, customer negotiations, supplier agreements, and the internal overview that keeps everything maintainable.
You’ll work closely with the teams engaging customers daily, especially sales, and collaborate with leadership when decisions matter. You get ownership, but you’re not alone, sparring is close, and you’ll have direct access to decision-makers. You will formally report to our CISO.
Drive customer negotiations and redlining, keeping momentum while maintaining quality and risk awareness.
Support sales with structure and clarity, helping deals move forward without unnecessary friction.
Build and maintain a reliable contract overview, customer-facing and internally, so we always know what applies and where things live.
Implement a contract management system or systematic approach that is scalable, realistic, and actually used.
Review and negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring strong terms around responsibilities, operations, and risk exposure.
Maybe you have experience working with contracts and negotiations, customer-facing, supplier-facing, or both – or something completely different, but believing the skills are transferable.
Your background can be legal, commercial, operations, or something else, what matters is your ability to understand terms, spot risk, and drive processes forward.
You’re structured, reliable, and not afraid to challenge things when something doesn’t make sense.
You thrive in a workload that isn’t always linear, some periods are urgent and negotiation-heavy, others are more deep-work and structure-focused.
You are fluent in both Danish and English, since legal and commercial documents can occur in both languages.
Work with contracts only as admin and documentation, without owning negotiation and stakeholder dialogue.
Have a fully predictable workload with stable task flow.
Avoid pushing back when needed.
Build processes that look great on paper but don’t get used in real life.
A role with real ownership and influence, you’ll build the contract foundation that supports our growth.
Fast decisions, short paths, direct impact.
A newly renovated office space in the heart of Aarhus, right by the cathedral.
“Choose Your Own Lunch” catering solution, free drinks at the office, social events throughout the year.
Health and dental insurance, pension, and a strong overall package.
If you’re ready to take ownership of contracts in a fast-growing SaaS company and build a structure that scales, let’s talk.
We expect to schedule and hold the meetings in week 16, but we will monitor things on an ongoing basis.
