We are looking for a Nordic Account Executive to help scale FoodOp to professional kitchens across the Nordics.
Running a profitable and enjoyable foodservice business without sacrificing chef creativity is incredibly hard. FoodOp is on a mission to change that globally.
More than 700 kitchens use FoodOp daily to manage recipes, menus, procurement, and reporting. You will play a key role in our next stage of growth.
The role is on-site in Copenhagen.
NB: You must be fluent in Danish and conversational Swedish and Norwegian is a plus.
As a Nordic Account Executive, you will:
Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close across contract catering, hospitality, and public-sector foodservice
Run high-quality discovery, product demos, and commercial negotiations with key stakeholders
Build and manage a strong pipeline, prioritizing opportunities and forecasting accurately
Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, sharing deal insights to refine positioning, pricing, and targeting
Maintain clean CRM hygiene (Zoho) with accurate pipeline tracking, deal updates, and close documentation
Represent FoodOp in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships across the Nordics
We imagine that you:
Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech, with a track record of closing deals
Are confident leading discovery, demos, and negotiations, and quickly build rapport and strong customer relationships
Are skilled at identifying customer needs and matching them with the right solution across the full sales cycle
Have a proactive, self-starting mindset, motivated to build and refine a scalable sales playbook
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership of revenue targets and customer relationships
Experience selling into hospitality, contract catering, and foodservice operations is a plus.
You will be part of a small, high-impact commercial team working across Denmark and the Nordics. Decisions are made through dialogue and alignment, and we value curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning.
As our new Account Executive, you’ll be a key part of our Nordic sales team. You’ll also collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
