Bonzer is a specialized SEO (Search Engine Optimization) agency helping businesses grow their online presence across Google and AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. We’re experts in tailoring organic growth strategies that combine strong SEO fundamentals with the latest developments in search and AI technology - always aligned with each client’s unique goals and ambitions. Bonzer consists of around 50 passionate employees across Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo. For this role we are looking for someone to join us at our office in the heart of Copenhagen.
As a Business Developer for our Danish department you will play a key role in realizing our sales targets within the market. This involves meeting with Danish companies to assess if there is a match between our specialized approach to SEO and their ambitions. Leads come through our various channels, so much of the daily work will be inbound. Companies reach out to us to understand their potential in working with SEO. We offer a free analysis of how they are currently performing, how their competitors are doing, and more. We then review the analysis with the company in a meeting, showing them their current status as well as a forecast of what is possible for their case.
As a Business Developer at Bonzer, your success will come from continuously building strong relationships, achieving your monthly revenue target, and creating sustainable solutions for all clients, regardless of size.
Hold meetings with companies that reach out to us, present our materials and analysis work, pitch our strategic proposal, and explain why they should choose Bonzer as their SEO & AI Search partner.
Handle both inbound and outbound meeting bookings (you should also be comfortable with making outbound outreach efforts when necessary).
Analyze companies using our tools and data, focusing on their current pain, potential, traffic forecast, and much more.
Plan and conduct follow-up meetings, establishing the scope and framework of the strategy.
Ensure a smooth and sustainable onboarding process for the client.
Report to our global CCO and be co-responsible for our new added revenue targets for the Danish market.
Has experience with sales, preferably B2B.
Is outgoing, loyal, hungry and naturally inclined to build relationships.
Is independent, proactive, self-driven and enjoys a steep learning curve.
Is analytical and has a critical mindset.
Works in a structured way and does not compromise on the quality of your work.
Has experience and knowledge in B2B account management (CRM systems).
Is familiar with digital marketing, has a digital flair, and is accustomed to working with complex digital applications.
The role requires native Danish in both speaking and writing, alongside a great professional English language
