As the company grows, 3RD is hiring a Marketing Manager to help build awareness, generate demand, and shape how the market understands AI visibility.
This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution, category education, and growth experimentation — with direct collaboration with founders and the commercial team.
The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and running the digital marketing engine that drives awareness, pipeline, and category understanding.
The role covers the full digital marketing stack — from content and campaigns to marketing automation and performance tracking.
Because 3RD operates in a new category, marketing is not only about demand generation. It is also about educating the market and shaping the narrative around AI visibility and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
You will work closely with sales and leadership to ensure marketing drives measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation
Design and execute digital marketing initiatives that generate qualified pipeline.
Build and optimize campaigns across channels such as:
Email and marketing automation
Search
Content marketing
Events and webinars
Continuously test and refine campaigns based on performance data.
2. Category and Market Education
Help establish 3RD as a leading voice in the emerging field of AI visibility, and translate complex concepts like GEO and AI discovery into clear and compelling marketing narratives.
Develop content and campaigns that explain:
How discovery is shifting from search to AI answers
Why AI visibility matters for companies
How organizations can adapt to the new landscape
3. Marketing Infrastructure
Own and optimize the marketing technology stack.
Manage and operate tools such as:
CRM and marketing automation
Analytics and attribution platforms
Campaign management tools
Content and publishing workflows
Ensure marketing activities are measurable and tied to pipeline creation.
4. Sales Collaboration
Work closely with the commercial team to improve pipeline generation and conversion.
Support sales with:
Campaigns targeting key segments
Marketing assets and case studies
Event and workshop promotion
Lead nurturing and qualification flows
Continuously align messaging with sales insights from the market.
5. Growth Experimentation
Operate with a test-and-learn mindset.
Run experiments across channels, formats, and messaging to identify scalable growth levers.
Help build repeatable marketing playbooks that can scale as the company grows.
Profile
You likely bring:
Experience in a digital marketing or growth marketing role, ideally in SaaS, technology, agency, or startup environments
Strong hands-on experience across multiple digital channels
Experience in Lead Generation, Paid Ads and Asset Creation
Familiarity with modern marketing tools and automation platforms
A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns
Comfort working independently and building structure in fast-moving environments
Experience with MarTech, AdTech, SEO/GEO, or AI-related categories is a plus but not required.
More important is the ability to translate complex topics into clear marketing narratives and drive measurable growth.
