The Content Manager develops and implements overall strategic content marketing activities, including branding and activation content, aligned with our overall brand strategy and activities calendar. This role is ideal for someone looking to sharpen their communication skills on socia media channels, contribute to a meaningful mission, and collaborate in an international and supportive environment.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the board members of our Mentorship, Entrepreneurship, Partnership, Events and Community teams, to ensure we build a consistent and relevant content calendar that keeps our network engaged and aware of the activities we have planned. This is a team focused role that gets support and input from other teams on the board.

Work in conjunction with the Board to increase brand visibility and ensure effective communication to the network
Create SoMe posts, including copy, visuals and posting according to our overall SoMe content strategy
Create content schedule for upcoming events
Promote local and global events and programs on social media channels
Create a process to monitor ROI and effectiveness of campaigns in achieving strategic goals
Share success stories/best practices with PWN Global and across the Global Network
Participate on PWN Copenhagen and partners events and ensure videos/photos are taken, after event posts are done and material is archived on the google drive
Hands-on experience in digital communication and community marketing
A stronger understanding of how to support brand growth in a volunteer-led nonprofit

Background or interest in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
Excellent written and spoken English
Organized, proactive, and collaborative
Comfortable on creating content for social media (primarily LinkedIn, but Facebook and Instagram will also be in scope)

Time Commitment: 5 hours per week (variable and dependent on creation of a support team).
