As the company grows, 3RD is hiring Account Executives to drive new revenue and help build the commercial foundation of a new category.
This is a quota-carrying role with real ownership — selling to agencies, SMBs, and enterprise organizations navigating the shift from search to AI-driven discovery.
The Role
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business and building pipeline across multiple segments, including agencies, SMBs, and enterprise organizations.
Sales conversations are consultative and strategic. Buyers are typically marketing leaders, digital teams, and executives trying to understand how AI will change their visibility and competitive position.
The role combines:
Direct sales execution
Market education
Category building
You will work closely with founders and leadership to refine how the market understands and adopts AI visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership
Own and deliver new revenue targets
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, and network
Run structured demos and consultative sales processes
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
2. Category Building
Educate companies on the shift from search to AI-driven discovery
Position 3RD as the leading platform for AI visibility
Help prospects understand Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and the strategic implications for their business
3. Commercial Development
Help refine packaging, pricing, and positioning through market feedback
Contribute to building repeatable sales playbooks
Collaborate with marketing to improve inbound conversion and pipeline quality
4. Customer Growth
Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
Turn successful customers into references and case studies
Capture insights that inform product development and strategy
Profile
You likely bring:
Experience in quota-carrying SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or agency sales role
A track record of closing new business
Confidence running consultative sales conversations
Experience engaging marketing leaders, digital teams, or executives
Strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene
Experience selling to agencies, SMBs, or enterprise organizations is valuable — but specialization is not required.
More important is the ability to navigate different buying environments and drive deals forward.
