We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues, all powered by our own game AI, to deliver immersive, hands-on learning experiences that scale across large organizations and drive real behavior change.

Our clients include Circle K, BCG, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich, and Novartis. Today, we’re a team of 240+ Game Changers across Europe and the US, with 120 of us based at our HQ in Oslo.

We’re now looking for a Game Developer to build interactive web experiences used by learners worldwide!

What you’ll do

Make cool games that help people learn.
You’ll help us create web-based game experiences and simulations that are responsive, immersive, and motivating, built for professional learning at scale. You’ll work closely with designers, artists, and developers, and have real influence on how we build and ship

In this role, you will:

• Build gameplay and interaction systems for web-based simulations

• Implement UI flows, feedback, and pacing that make scenarios engaging and intuitive

• Care about feel and polish, including timing, responsiveness, animation, and feedback

• Optimize performance and compatibility across browsers and devices

• Create reusable components and tools that help teams build faster without sacrificing quality

• Contribute to technical direction, architecture, and best practices

• Explore and apply AI tools in your workflow to speed up iteration and improve quality

Who you are

You’re a developer with a game development mindset. You care about feel and polish, and you notice the details that make an experience responsive, intuitive, and fun to use. You’re also comfortable building in a product environment where reliability and shipping matter.

You enjoy collaborating closely with designers, artists, and other developers, and you like working in tight feedback loops from prototype to release. You take pride in clean code and solid systems.

We think you’ll bring most of this:

• A game development background through professional experience or a strong portfolio of shipped projects

• Solid experience with modern web tech and building interactive applications for browsers and multiple devices

• A fullstack mindset. You can reason about the whole system, not just one layer

• A pragmatic, collaborative approach with an eye for quality and getting things done

Bonus points for TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React and/or Svelte, and for Rust or Bevy experience.
