Our customers rely on us when timing matters, pressure is high, and there’s no room for error. We don’t just deliver tech - we deliver calm, confidence, and control. We just launched Fredo, which is a new brand focusing on our global name badge printing services.
Ticketbutler is entering scale mode.
We have:
Strong inbound lead flow
A validated and repeatable commercial model
An automated flow to minimize the workload to convert smaller customers
Growing traction in Enterprise-like deals
We are now looking for a senior sales operator who can own and convert both the quick small deals and high value opportunities.
This is not a management role.
This is a hands on, revenue owning role.
As Executive Key Account Manager, you will operate as a senior individual contributor focused on the full range of accounts.
You will:
Own and convert inbound opportunities
Open doors into high-value accounts
Run complex sales cycles end to end
Negotiate commercials and close multi stakeholder deals
Work closely with Marketing to improve positioning and messaging
Provide direct feedback on ICP, pricing and product gaps
Attend networking events to source leads.
Build structured outbound momentum using an account based strategy
You are expected to operate autonomously. This is a lean, high ownership environment.
You are:
A proven Enterprise closer with 5 to 10+ years in B2B sales
Used to running complex deals with multiple stakeholders
Differentiate your sales strategy based on type and size of the deal
Commercially sharp. You understand margin, pricing and deal structure
Comfortable challenging founders and giving input on strategy
Motivated by building revenue, not building hierarchy
You likely come from SaaS, event tech, or B2B platform environments. You have personally opened doors and closed significant deals.
You still enjoy selling. That matters.
This is not a Director role.
There is no team to manage.
For the first 12 months, you are the engine.
As we grow, there may be leadership opportunities. But performance comes first.
