We are a Danish lighting brand with a 4.7-star rating on Trustpilot, and we’re looking for a customer support representative for 5+ hours per week (flexible schedule), with strong potential to grow into a larger role over time.
This is a 100% remote position, ideal for someone studying or looking for flexible part-time work alongside other commitments.
We care deeply about customer experience. For us, support is not about closing tickets quickly - it’s about giving every customer a thoughtful and personal experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer emails
Handling inquiries via our webshop
Assisting customers before and after purchase
Phone support is optional, but being available to take calls for approximately 1–2 hours per day (CET daytime) is a plus.
Working hours are flexible, but some availability during Danish daytime hours is preferred.
Fluent in Danish
Is warm, structured, and solution-oriented
Enjoys creating positive customer experiences
Can work independently and take ownership
Is reliable and responsive
Experience with Shopify is a plus, but not required.
This role can naturally expand over time to include:
Marketing tasks
Social media management
Campaign coordination
Content creation
