About the position

You'll experience continuous learning and growth alongside seasoned professionals. Reporting directly to our Director of Marketin & Communications, who brings extensive experience from startups (barry.energy, electromaps.com), scaleups (Falcon.io), and corporate (L’Oréal, etc.), you'll be at the forefront of our online brand and business strengthening initiatives.  

Your mission involves enhancing our online presence and support our Sales team to be successful by building pipeline through marketing activities. Your two main responsibility areas will be Social Media, incl. maintaining our Thought Leadership/Social Selling program and CRM, incl. email campaigns, nurturing flows and newsletters. Besides those two main areas, you will be from time to time involved in all kind of marketing & communications (content creation, PR push, etc.). 

We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for sustainability and the Green Transition, self-driven, disciplined, and tech-savvy. Familiarity with cutting-edge and innovative solutions is crucial for success.  

Projects you’ll be involved in:  

• Take ownership of our Company page on Linkedin

• Drive our Thought Leadership program, incl. shadow writing for the Founders

• Create emailing campaigns to support pipeline creation

• Run our newsletters to drive engagement

• Assist in organising webinars, one of our key content forms to drive engagement and lead generation

• Assist with various tasks like content creation, PR campaigns, etc.

What you bring to the table:  

• Experience within social media management

• Experience with Thought Leadership program is a strong +

• Experience with CRM programs like HubSpot  

• Graphic skills - ex: Adobe, Canva, or similar tools 

• Creative thinking  

• Experience leveraging ChatGTP  

• Professional fluency in English (minimum: B1 level)   

• Video, GIF, and animation skills is a strong plus  

• a huge drive to get s**t done!
