Hive BJJ is a premium Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym in Copenhagen with a distinctive brand, an international community, and a serious growth agenda. We've built our reputation on high-quality coaching and a welcoming environment — now we're ready to build the marketing engine to match.

We're looking for a creative, self-driven intern to own our social media presence and help us tell the story of what happens inside the gym. This is a real role with real ownership — not a shadow-someone-for-ten-weeks situation.

What You'll Do

📲 Content & Social Media

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video for Instagram and Facebook (Canon R8 available)

• Build and manage a content calendar that reflects who we actually are

• Tell the stories of our community — members, instructors, classes, culture

• Create bilingual content in Danish and English for our international audience

• Drive content specifically supporting the growth of our women's programme

• Work alongside a member of our community with hands-on Meta Ads experience — exposure to paid social included

What We're Looking For

• Adept in or studying marketing, communication, multimedia design, or similar

• Some hands-on experience with short-form video (shooting and editing)

• Comfortable with Canva and a video editing tool of your choice (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci — whatever you work best in)

• Bilingual Danish/English is a big plus

• Self-directed — you'll work independently, with the gym owner available for sparring outside office hours

• Flexible availability, including some evening shoots when classes run
