Adversus helps revenue teams run high-performing outbound and engagement workflows. We’re building a modern revenue stack where systems, data, and process execution are tightly connected — and we’re investing in RevOps as a core capability to scale efficiently.
We’re looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team and own the technical backbone of our revenue stack. You’ll work hands-on with integrations, automation, data quality, and system configuration — making sure our tools support how we sell, market, and serve customers.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product, and drive real business impact by improving adoption, utilization, and decision-quality reporting.
Own and evolve our revenue systems stack, including:
CRM: Salesforce
Sales Engagement: Adversus
Sales & marketing attribution and funnel measurement
Build and maintain integrations across the stack (APIs, middleware, native connectors, custom syncs)
Translate business processes into scalable system design (lead management, routing, lifecycle stages, handoffs, SLAs)
Increase utilization and value realization: improve workflows, enable teams, reduce friction, and drive adoption
Ensure high data quality and governance (definitions, validation, deduplication, enrichment, QA routines)
Improve reporting foundations so leadership can make critical decisions with confidence (pipeline, conversion, attribution, forecasting inputs)
Continuously evaluate and pilot new technology that can give us leverage
Key revenue workflows run smoothly with minimal manual work and high adoption
Salesforce and adjacent systems reflect the truth (reliable lifecycle stages, ownership, timestamps, source/attribution)
Attribution and funnel metrics are trusted, consistent, and used in decision-making
Integrations are stable, observable, and documented
RevOps is seen as a force multiplier across GTM teams
Experience building and operating a revenue stack (Salesforce-centric), ideally in B2B SaaS
Strong hands-on ability with systems integration and automation (APIs, webhooks, data flows; tools like Zapier/Make/Workato/MuleSoft are a plus)
Solid understanding of RevOps / GTM processes: lead-to-opportunity, pipeline hygiene, handoffs, stage definitions, attribution basics
A pragmatic mindset: you focus on utilization and business value, not “cool setups”
High bar for data quality and documentation
Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and turning messy requirements into working solutions
Experience with Salesforce architecture (objects, permissions, flows, validation rules)
Familiarity with attribution tooling and data models (multi-touch, UTM governance, campaign influence)
Experience with BI/warehouse concepts (e.g., Snowflake/BigQuery + dbt + Looker/Power BI) or reverse ETL
Experience working with product and engineering on GTM-related integrations
Build a modern RevOps capability with real ownership and impact
Work with new technology and improve how revenue teams operate day-to-day
Partner directly with the CRO and GTM leadership
High trust, high autonomy, and a team that cares about execution quality
This job comes with several perks and benefits
