We work with ambitious brands and agencies across Europe and the U.S., and we’re scaling fast. We’re now looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience in web tracking and e-commerce.

What you will do
Support customers with the implementation and troubleshooting of advanced e-commerce tracking setups, especially for Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and server-side tracking
Debug client-side and server-side tracking issues using GTM Preview, browser developer tools, and structured testing approaches
Guide clients through integrations with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, ensuring tracking, attribution, and conversion flows work correctly
Advise on and troubleshoot Google Consent Mode, CMP integrations, and tag-firing behaviour, balancing compliance with data quality
Work closely with our Success and Product teams to ensure clients are set up for long-term success
Communicate clearly and empathetically in writing, video calls, and Loom recordings
Identify trends in support needs and contribute to documentation, product feedback, and internal improvements
What you bring
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including tags, triggers, variables, and e-commerce data layers
Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, particularly conversion tracking and attribution
Experience debugging tracking issues using GTM Preview mode, Google Tag Assistant, browser developer tools, and basic JavaScript or HTML
Solid understanding of e-commerce tracking structures, including transaction events and browser/server-side interactions
Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
A calm, proactive, and structured mindset when solving complex problems
Experience in technical support, implementation, or integration within e-commerce or marketing tech
Nice to have
Experience with Google Consent Mode, CMPs, and tag-firing behaviour
Understanding of POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) and its role in marketing analytics
Experience working with or supporting marketing agencies
Familiarity with additional analytics and tracking tools used in digital marketing
