We are experiencing strong growth and a high number of new clients joining our platform. We are therefore hiring an Account Manager who will focus on two key priorities:
Keeping our existing customers 100% happy
Ensuring new clients receive a world-class onboarding experience

To make sure our customers across Europe feel supported and excited to work with Autoholly — while contributing to growth by building new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
You are successful in this role when you:
Make customers genuinely happy through excellent service
Expand our customer base with relevant new accounts
Grow our revenue and customer happiness at the same time
Customer Service & Operations
Respond to customer enquiries and provide pricing and lead times
Ensure every delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
Process orders accurately with all necessary details in our systems
Handle transport-related claims and dispute resolutions
Customer Care & Growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify and onboard new potential customers
Proactively communicate with customers in case of issues or delays — always with solutions in hand
Manage and nurture our customer network
Keep sales on track — even under pressure
Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with taskforce, operations, transport teams, and product
Provide feedback to improve workflows and platform performance
Experience in account management, business development, customer success, or similar
Strong communication skills — confident in person, on the phone, and over email
A proactive, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive with autonomy and high ownership
Professionalism, structure, and attention to detail
Fluency in English (Danish + other languages are a strong plus)
