This includes expanding our product portfolio, sharpening our positioning, and significantly scaling our commercial reach across our target markets. This is where the opportunity becomes truly exciting leading to us hiring our first Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

The CMO will take full ownership of Adversus’ marketing activities and marketing organisation.
This role is all about building what comes next. You will design and execute a scalable marketing strategy aligned with a sales-led commercial motion, ensuring marketing becomes a measurable and strategic revenue driver.
Your responsibilities include:
Execute Adversus’ marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and company strategy.
Own pipeline performance and build a scalable demand generation engine across inbound and outbound channels
Lead segmentation, ICP definition, positioning, and product marketing to strengthen differentiation and sales effectiveness
Establish strong marketing operations, performance tracking, and forecasting discipline in close collaboration with Sales and RevOps
Build and scale a high-performing marketing organisation with clear ownership, structure, and accountability
Success in This Role
Within the first 6–12 months, success will be measured by:
Building and structuring the marketing organisation to support the company strategy.
Growth in marketing-sourced pipeline contribution, with improved quality and conversion.
Improved win rates and reduced sales friction through better positioning and enablement.
A scalable campaign engine and a growing marketing organisation with clear ownership.
Senior marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS and GTM.
Demonstrated success in building pipeline generation and demand creation systems that scale.
Proven ability to formalise business strategy into clear market positioning, messaging, and communication.
Strong product marketing capability and ability to drive measurable improvements in sales performance.
Experience implementing marketing operations, attribution, and lifecycle reporting standards.
Track record of building and leading teams, and working cross-functionally.
Analytical and commercially driven, with strong prioritisation and decision-making ability.
