Halmos is building a digital resilience platform that helps people turn heartbreak into heartstrong. We combine psychology, structured emotional journeys, gamification, and AI to train users' emotional fitness and build long-term resilience.

We have strong traction and a product vision with Halmos V1.0. Now we are looking for a CTO / Tech Lead to take full ownership of our technology and build Halmos V2.0.

🛠️ The Role

• Architect and lead development of our web app and future mobile app

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces

• Build and maintain backend systems (APIs, database, authentication, infrastructure)

• Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized architecture

• Implement AI features (LLM integration, emotional analysis, personalization engines)

• Establish AI-native development workflows (AI-assisted coding, rapid iteration)

• Ship features end-to-end — from idea to deployment

• Make independent technical decisions aligned with product vision

• Potentially build and lead a small engineering team as we grow

This is a hands-on coding role. You will build, not just manage.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack development capability

• Frontend experience (React / Next.js or similar modern frameworks)

• Mobile experience (React Native / Flutter or similar cross-platform solutions)

• Backend experience (Node.js / Python or similar)

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / Supabase / Firebase or similar)

• Ability to design and build RESTful APIs

• Experience with cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Solid understanding of authentication, security, and data privacy

AI-Native Mindset:

• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)

• Comfortable with prompt engineering and AI product integration

• Actively using AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)

• Confident in AI-assisted or “vibe coding” workflows

• Able to independently ship features end-to-end
