Squarely is now entering a focused scaling phase, strengthening our position within the professional project and interior market in Denmark (and later Sweden).
We are looking for a commercially strong sales professional to help accelerate Squarely’s growth in the Danish project market.
This role is both relationship-driven and results-oriented: You know how to open the right doors, get meetings with key decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
You will play a central role in scaling Squarely’s commercial footprint by working with
Architects and interior design studios
Office fit-out and workspace companies
Hospitality groups
Commercial property developers
Selected distribution partners
You we be ensuring SQUARELY becomes a trusted and specified choice in high-quality projects.
This is a proactive, hunter-oriented position. You will actively open doors, initiate conversations, and build new commercial relationships.
You will be working mainly on the danish, in the second phase swedish market.
Actively grow Squarely’s presence and sales pipeline within the Danish project market
Identify and approach high-potential commercial accounts
Use your network and (cold) outreach skills to secure meetings with architects, specifiers, and commercial clients
Visit architect offices and commercial clients to present Squarely’s solutions
Represent Squarely professionally in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Build and manage a structured B2B sales pipeline
Position Squarely as a strategic partner within plant-integrated design projects
Develop proposals and guide partners through decision-making processes
Work closely with founder and account management to scale projects
Build structured pipeline management and clear commercial follow-up
Report weekly on pipeline value, activity, and forecast
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within interiors, architecture, fit-out, furnishing, or related sectors
A strong existing network in the Danish project and design ecosystem
Proven ability to generate meetings and close project-based deals
Experience with specification-driven or long-cycle sales processes
Confident visiting clients and presenting solutions in person
Experience with specification or project-based sales is a strong advantage
A consultative mindset and strong commercial drive
Fluent in Danish and English, Swedish is an advantage
A key commercial role in a design-led scaling company
