CM Navigator is growing fast – across Europe, the Middle East, and South America – and we’re now taking the next step in scaling how we generate demand.
In our first search we met strong profiles, but we didn’t quite find the match we’re looking for – so we’re reopening the role with an even sharper focus on demand generation and tight Sales–Marketing collaboration.
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can build and run a lean, effective, data-driven demand-generation machine. Someone who understands B2B SaaS, can write sharp copy, move fast, diagnose what works (and what doesn’t), and partner tightly with Sales.
This isn’t a “brand awareness” role. It’s a commercial role … or actually what we call a “merchanteering role” – with a direct line to revenue.
You’ll join a small, ambitious team and work closely with Sales, product, and leadership to push CM Navigator into its next growth curve.
You’ll own the marketing funnel end-to-end - from strategy to execution to reporting - and bring structure, creativity, and momentum to how we grow.
Your day-to-day will include:
Defining and refining ICPs, positioning, and messaging
Planning and executing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email nurturing, and landing pages
Producing high-quality marketing assets yourself (ads, one-pagers, decks, short videos)
Running a tight reporting loop across CRM, analytics, and ad platforms
Supplying Sales with qualified leads and practical enablement materials
Testing new growth loops: newsletters, communities, events, partnerships
Moving fast, learning fast, and adjusting based on real user behavior
You’ll be the person who makes the market aware — and Sales more effective.
You’re a marketer who likes being close to business. You think in funnels, experiment with intention, and enjoy the mix of numbers, narrative, and execution.
We imagine you bring:
2+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (startup/early-stage preferred)
A clear track record of generating qualified leads for Sales
Strong copywriting and the ability to simplify complex products
Solid Adobe skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and email automation
A metrics mindset — paired with creativity and speed
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
(For the process) – portfolio of previous work
Nice-to-haves:
Experience marketing to commodity/logistics/data buyers
Comfort with ambiguity and building things from scratch
Above all: You execute. You make things happen.
Yes, we’re a small company. But we’re not alone.
CM Navigator lives inside a bigger ecosystem – Copenhagen Merchants Group – with stable family-ownership, strong capital, decades of trading and logistics experience and the Octopus T.W. Heart as the Culture Guardian.
It gives us something rare: startup agility with group-level stability.
At CM Navigator, you’ll work at the intersection of tech and global commodity markets – a rare place where digital products meet real-world trade.
You’ll join a small, international team with strong mandates, short decision paths, and a high degree of ownership. Expect a culture built on trust, clarity, and collaboration – with room to shape both your role and the way we grow.
This is a chance to build something meaningful, not maintain something inherited.
Preferred locations: Copenhagen or Kaunas.
If you’re excited by the mix of SaaS, commodities, and real commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Upload your CV, include a short introduction video (max. 60 seconds) and a link or other to your portfolio.
If you applied for this role in the previous round, there’s no need to reapply – we already have your profile on file and will contact you directly if we see a strong match this time.
