QQA Tester Intern

SYBO is part of the Miniclip family and known for the widely popular game, Subway Surfers - the most downloaded mobile game in the world, with over four billion downloads. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we aim to create playful moments that inspire our fans to care.

We are looking for a QA Tester Intern, who will be working within our game teams, collaborating with Art, Design & Game Engineering, who are all working to make a cohesive, clear player experience on a game. Assist us in raising questions, thinking of creative solutions, and taking initiative to push us forward!

This internship is unpaid and full-time running for the fall semester in 2026.

Your time at SYBO

In your ramp-up month 

Onboarding is crucial for ensuring that you are well-equipped to contribute, learn and have a great experience during your internship. Therefore you’ll go through the following steps:

• Week 1: Orientation and Introduction to the Company

• Week 2: Understanding the QA Process

• Week 3: Practical Learning

• Week 4: Project Integration and Other Topics

In your contributor months, you will be part of one of our games teams. We expect you to learn about performing test cases, validating the bugs and ensuring that our players have the best experience possible. The goal of the internship is to have a glance of what being a QA tester involves, the roles and the tasks that we do in our day to day to ensure we reach the quality standards of our Games.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to provide written reports on bugs, unwanted game behaviors or visual errors with clear recreation steps.

• Learn how to reproduce reported bugs from both the development team and customers.

• Develop skills to perform regular testing on multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Kindle and WP) and devices.

• Learn how to collaborate with the development team to ensure that quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Proficient, critical and creative problem-solving abilities.

• A motivation for product success.

• Professional standard of written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Skilled Organisational and time management skills. 

It is a requirement to be enrolled in a university program that supports a full-time internship as part of the education - and you need to be able to commute to our Copenhagen office on a daily basis.

We do not offer relocation, VISA, or house search assistance for internships.
