We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data. You’ll design and execute impactful campaigns that capture attention, fuel the pipeline, and drive real revenue growth – from high-intent paid acquisition to innovative experiments across multiple channels. You’ll take ownership of all demand generation activities, including running and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels, bringing our ad platforms to a state-of-the-art setup that consistently generates new deals and MRR across multiple regions and languages.
In parallel, you’ll optimize website and landing page performance, nurture leads through the funnel, analyse campaign performance, and collaborate closely with Sales and the Marketing team to turn demand into measurable revenue.
On top of this, you’ll be the primary driver of our marketing efforts for the French market, leveraging your fluency in French and deep understanding of French customers to tailor campaigns, messaging, and strategies that resonate locally while supporting global growth.

Key responsibilities:
Drive new MRR through high-intent paid acquisition (Search, Paid Social, Display/Remarketing, etc. – potentially offline) and create growth through other demand generation tactics and experiments.
Build and execute multi-channel/multi-stage campaigns aligned to commercial priorities, ICPs, and markets.
Optimise website and landing page performance (CRO) to increase demo/trial conversion rates.
Partner closely with Sales to ensure lead quality, velocity, and conversion.
Provide data-driven insights to improve messaging, targeting, and overall marketing performance.
Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure measurement, attribution, and automation are set up to scale.
You are an ideal fit if you have:
Native level French.
Excellent English communication skills.
Solid analytics capability (performance analysis, attribution basics, decision-making based on data).
Hands-on expertise with paid acquisition channels.
Expertise in creative testing.
Strong landing page and web CRO skills.
Ability to craft and iterate on high-performing messaging and value propositions.
Experience managing and optimising key web touchpoints (pop-ups, chatbots, forms, onsite UX elements).
2+ years of experience in a similar position.
