You take full ownership of Accounts Receivable, follow up proactively, and communicate clearly and respectfully. Your persistence and professionalism ensure nothing slips through the cracks, and you navigate stakeholder relationships with ease and credibility.

As Queue‑it’s Finance Specialist, you’ll be a core member of our Finance team. You will play a key role in elevating our financial operations – focusing on owning and maturing our Accounts Receivable processes. It will also be required to identify and build scalable, data-driven workflows while leveraging automation to strengthen the company’s financial backbone.
Responsibilities
Drive the Accounts Receivable function, including follow-up, reporting, and customer communication.
Drive improvements and automations in financial processes with a strong focus on AR, billing, and data accuracy.
Process monthly invoicing and maintain high-quality financial records.
Prepare quotes for new customers.
Process and control revenue recognition.
Complete tax forms and support compliance tasks.
Maintain and optimize customer accounts and financial data across systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Identify and implement opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
What you bring to the team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration).
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar financial operations role.
Experience with ERP systems.
Experience with AR management is a requirement.
Skills
Naturally curious and comfortable with tech, using AI and digital tools to make finance processes smarter.
Strong communicator who’s not afraid to follow up and ensure clarity.
High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and solid numerical reasoning.
Excellent Microsoft Excel/Sheets skills.
Takes ownership of Accounts Receivable and follows up proactively to keep things on track.
Fluency in English (company language).

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities.
