Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of business needs, user problems, and technical reality—but prefers enabling strong teams over micromanaging delivery? Do you enjoy turning ambiguous ideas into actionable problems that developers and designers can work with confidently?
If you’re motivated by creating clarity, shaping product direction, and making decisions when progress stalls or alignment breaks down, this could be your next role. You’ll work closely with autonomous engineering and design teams, contributing product judgment and context rather than owning execution or people management.
You’ll report directly to the CTO and work closely with engineering, UX, and commercial stakeholders across the organization.
Since 2016, Adversus has aimed to be a market leader in sales acceleration, thriving in a field that demands high-quality and flexible solutions. Over the years, we’ve experienced strong growth, both in the adoption of our platform and in the expansion of our team, which now counts more than 60 colleagues at our headquarters in Aarhus, including a growing engineering team of around 15 developers.
Our platform combines telecommunications, automation, and CRM functionality into an all-in-one solution that helps customers optimize their business through data-driven insights. High technical quality, strong ownership, and excellent user experiences are central to everything we do.
As our new Product Manager, you’ll connect user needs, business goals, and engineering work—ensuring that decisions are deliberate, trade-offs are understood, and teams can move forward with confidence as we scale.
As Product Manager at Adversus, you’ll work across engineering, UX, and the business to turn ideas and opportunities into shared understanding and actionable product work.
Your day-to-day work will typically involve:
Product discovery and problem definition Working with teams and stakeholders to explore user needs, test assumptions, and frame problems worth solving.
Prioritization and trade-offs Supporting prioritization decisions by clarifying impact, effort, and strategic fit—especially when multiple teams or perspectives are involved.
Collaboration with engineering and UX Partnering closely with engineers and designers during discovery and implementation, contributing product context and judgment as solutions take shape.
Stakeholder alignment and communication Making sure commercial, technical, and design perspectives are aligned around what’s being built and why.
Decision support and escalation Intervening when teams disagree, or direction becomes unclear, and making or escalating product decisions when needed to keep work moving.
We imagine you are a product-oriented professional who:
Has experience working closely with software development teams in a product-focused environment.
Is comfortable translating business goals and user needs into clear, implementable problem definitions.
Comfortable discussing technical constraints and trade-offs with engineering teams.
Is confident in making decisions and standing by them, while remaining open to new information and feedback.
Thrives in a flat organization with high autonomy, informal communication, and shared responsibility.
Communicates confidently in English and adapts well to different audiences and disciplines.
Several years of experience working in product management within SaaS or in a related role with regular collaboration with software development teams.
We offer a full-time role with a competitive salary package tailored to your qualifications and experience.
Trust & autonomy: A role built on trust rather than rigid process, where we expect you to use your judgment and support you when decisions are difficult or involve trade-offs.
Work environment: This role is based at our Aarhus office, where close collaboration with engineering and design is an important part of the job. We value being present and accessible to one another while still allowing occasional work-from-home days when it makes sense.
Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental insurance, pension scheme, and an IT setup customized to your preferences.
Perks: Choose Your Own Lunch catering, Friday bars, social events, and summer parties that reflect our informal and collaborative culture.
Impact: You’ll work directly on product decisions at Adversus—navigating trade-offs and helping steer the product in a deliberate direction as the organization grows.
Salary and terms are negotiated individually.
