Senior Product Manager

Salary Competitive

Title: Senior Product Manager

Department: Product Development

Location: Frederiksberg - Copenhagen

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)

🚀 About TimeLog:

TimeLog is a leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software, dedicated to helping professional service organizations streamline business processes and boost productivity. TimeLog fills the gap between Project Managers and the Finance Department in the consulting business, empowering Project Managers to manage project financials in a way compliant with the requirements set by finance.

📱 About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to roll up their sleeves and help deliver TimeLog’s product modernization.

This is a hands-on role. The strategy is set. The challenge now is execution - turning an established direction into real, shipped customer value for a product used by more than 1,000 customers and 35,000+ users.

📃 Role Description:

As Senior Product Manager at TimeLog, you’ll focus on getting things done. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to make sure the product modernization work moves forward with clarity, predictability, and visible customer impact. You enjoy being close to delivery. You like understanding complex workflows and turning them into concrete product decisions. You might come from finance, consulting, or from being a power user of systems like TimeLog - background matters less than how you work. You will own product problem framing, prioritization, and shipped outcomes — not project coordination. You’ll report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and be part of a tight execution setup together with a Senior Software Architect, Senior Product Designer, and Program Manager. You’ll also work closely with other parts of the business to make sure priorities, scope, and delivery stay aligned.

🎯 Key responsibilities:

  • Take an existing product strategy and execute it through hands-on delivery, with product modernization as your focus in 2026.

  • Work day to day with engineers and designers to clarify scope, make trade-offs, and move work to done.

  • Write clear, practical product specifications - both for larger product initiatives and for smaller but important improvements.

  • Use customer feedback, usage data, and direct interaction with users to guide prioritization and delivery decisions.

  • Provide clear and factual product input on what’s delivered and what’s coming next, so the rest of the organization can work with confidence.

  • Keep an eye on product metrics and customer signals and use them to continuously improve quality, usability, and customer experience

đŸ’Ș Focus for 2026:

2026 is a delivery-critical year for TimeLog.

Your main responsibility will be to help deliver the product modernization with good prioritization, scope discipline, and predictable progress.

Over time, as the product stabilizes, you’ll contribute input to how the product should evolve further - grounded in what customers do, say, and need, and based on what you’ve learned through execution.

đŸ„‡ What We're Looking For:

  • You care about customers and enjoy working with complex products.

  • You’ve taken products from problem to shipped functionality before - and you’re comfortable when execution matters more than perfect answers.

  • You’re pragmatic, structured, and calm under delivery pressure.

  • You communicate clearly and work well with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

  • You’re technically curious and comfortable working close to engineering, even if you’re not an engineer yourself.

  • Experience with AI or automation in SaaS is a plus, but not a requirement

👌 Nice to have:

  • 6+ years working with SaaS or similar products.

  • Experience from professional services, consulting, or PSA tooling.

  • Familiarity with industries like architecture, engineering, management consulting, or IT consulting.

🎁 What we offer:

  • A collaborative and trust-based culture.

  • Flexible working hours and a healthy work-life balance.

  • Centrally located offices in Copenhagen.

  • A role where execution and impact matter.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you - So don’t wait, we’re excited to welcome your application already today!

Working at
TimeLog

Over the past 20 years, TimeLog has grown. From a basement to offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia. From the goal to create the world's best time tracking tool to wanting to be Europe's leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software provider. And we're not nearly finished growing. Or dreaming. In November 2020, the renowned software investor, Viking Venture, invested € 10 million in TimeLog. The goal of the partnership is to create a Nordic PSA power house by accelerating product development, becoming even more TimeLoggers and acquiring at least one company a year over the next five years. In March 2022, TimeLog acquired its first company: AutoPilot. AutoPilot is a market leader in Denmark used by more than half of the Danish architects, and nearly that many engineers. It covers their need for time management, resource planning, pipeline, analysis and business intelligence. The acquisition is part of a strategy to offer more niche solutions to our customers. The acquisition of AutoPilot is also the first after the investment from Viking Venture. With the acquisition, we are more than 100 employees working from offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Kuala Lumpur, London and Stockholm.
