At Spirii, we are accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility. Our EV charging platform helps charge point operators (CPOs) and e-mobility service providers (eMSPs deliver reliable charging experiences across Europe and beyond.

As we continue to grow and split our product organisation into two core domains, Infrastructure and Mobility, we are opening a new role: Product Director for Mobility.

Mobility is a key growth area at Spirii. The domain covers customer-facing products that enable access to both first-party and third-party charging networks, serving eMSPs, fleets, and drivers.

As Product Director for Mobility, you will own the overall product direction for this domain. You will lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with Engineering and commercial teams to deliver strong, customer-centric solutions. You will report to the Head of Product and be part of Spirii’s Product leadership team.

What You Will Do

• Own and clearly communicate the product vision and strategy for Mobility, aligned with company goals, commercial priorities, and the overall Spirii platform.

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Product Managers, building a strong product culture focused on ownership, outcomes, and collaboration.

• Grow and evolve the Mobility product portfolio for fleets, drivers, and eMSPs, with a clear link to customer value and revenue growth.

• Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, and other Product leaders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Drive modern product discovery and delivery practices, with a focus on customer insight, experimentation, and data-informed decisions.

• Balance short-term commercial needs with long-term scalability and platform thinking.

• Define and follow key product and business metrics to track customer impact, product success, and team performance.

• Represent the Mobility product domain internally and externally, sharing strategy, progress, and learnings with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Who You Are

• An experienced product leader who enjoys owning complex product areas in fast-moving environments.

• A strong people leader who can build, develop, and scale product teams.

• Customer-focused, with the ability to turn market insights into clear product direction.

• Commercially aware and comfortable working with data to support prioritisation and decisions.

• Confident working across functions and aligning senior stakeholders around shared goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

• Experience leading and scaling product teams in SaaS, platform, or mobility-related businesses.

• Strong background in B2B and platform products. Experience with fleets, mobility services, or the EV ecosystem is a strong plus.

• Good understanding of API-driven platforms, integrations, and data-based decision making.

• Used to working closely with the Engineering and commercial teams.

• Experience from scale-ups or fast-growing tech companies.

• Fluent in English. Other European languages are a plus.
