Spirii is growing fast and going through an important transformation. We are scaling our business, improving our internal systems, and aligning parts of our internal IT setup with Edenred’s global standards, as Spirii is part of the Edenred Group.
We are looking for a Head of Internal IT to take ownership of our internal IT landscape and help us build a strong, secure, and scalable setup that supports the business.
This role is for someone who enjoys being hands-on, while also setting direction and structure. You will work in a scale-up environment of around 200 employees, where pragmatism, ownership, and collaboration are key.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for internal IT at Spirii. This includes internal systems, tools, infrastructure, security, and integrations, as well as ownership of important transformation initiatives across platforms such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and customer operations tooling.
You will report to the CTO and manage a small internal IT team with two direct reports, while also working closely with external vendors and partners.
Own and develop Spirii’s internal IT setup, ensuring it supports the business in a secure and scalable way
Lead and improve day-to-day internal IT operations, tools, and employee IT experience
Own and drive the internal IT roadmap, including system improvements and integrations
Lead and coordinate IT transformation initiatives across CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, ITSM, and related platforms
Ensure stable and secure IT infrastructure, including devices, access management, networks, and collaboration tools
Ensure compliance with Edenred IT and security standards, adapted to a scale-up environment
Lead and support the internal IT team with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
Manage external vendors and implementation partners
Work closely with Finance, People & HR, Legal, Product, Sales Ops, and Engineering
Translate business needs into practical IT solutions and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders
Experience
Solid experience in internal IT leadership or senior IT management
Background from a larger or more complex organization, with experience working hands-on
Experience owning and improving internal IT systems and platforms
Experience with SaaS systems such as CRM, ERP, CPQ, billing, ITSM, or similar tools
Good understanding of system integrations and IT landscapes
Experience working with vendors and external partners
