Join Perma Padel as the first co-founder alongside Mikkel. We are seeking a driven commercial lead to help drive sales, build the brand, secure funding, and define our market presence from the ground up.
Perma’s vision is to become a leading global racket sports equipment and apparel brand with a primary focus on high-end carbon fiber products.
We are the first to apply a novel industrial manufacturing process for padel rackets using 100% recyclable thermoplastic carbon fiber. We are a tech-driven & product first company, utilizing automation and sustainable manufacturing to deliver gear that unites quality, performance, and sustainability.
Strategically, we are focusing on the current hyper-growth markets of stringless racket sports like Pickleball, Beach Tennis & specifically Padel
MonoFrame™ (durability), OmniCore™ (vibration control), and FutureFiber™ (sustainability).
This is not a role with a defined job description; it is a role where you will define the job. As a hands-on generalist, you will touch every part of the business, from product to investor relations.
Commercialization: Build D2C channels and establish B2B distribution.
Fundraising: Assist directly with fundraising efforts.
Brand Activation: Host launch events across Denmark and manage ambassador onboarding.
Operations: Co-define the strategy for future team expansion.
Unrelenting drive and ownership.
A skillset suited for commercialization and brand building.
Good understanding of economics and strategy.
The ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
Equity: Significant co-founder equity stake.
Salary: Below market rate initially, scaling with funding and revenue.
