You will be joining our Tech Lead, Jonas, to form the core engine of our product. This is not a role for someone who wants to be told exactly what to do. You are joining an elite, high-autonomy unit. You will ship daily. You will have a direct say in the architecture. You will be expected to possess a "Product Mindset" - meaning you care more about the user’s outcome than the elegance of a function.
What we expect
Fullstack proficiency: Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Comfortable working across the stack. Knowledge of Go is a plus.
Frontend & UI: Proficiency in implementing design systems, component libraries.
Backend & databases: Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (Postgres).
Technical foundation: Experience from high-caliber tech or product teams. Able to drive architecture and technical direction.
Product Mindset: A pragmatic builder who prioritizes user outcomes and can translate concepts into high-quality features.
An independent contributor: You don't wait for a Linear ticket to tell you something is broken or could be better. You see it, you own it, you fix it.
A pragmatic architect: You are pragmatic, focusing on practical solutions and progress, adapting quickly without getting stuck on fixed opinions.
An articulate communicator: You can explain why you chose a specific technical path to a non-technical founder without losing the "why" in the "how."

Intro call (approx 30 min): A brief interview to align on the mission and the role.
Talent profile: We’ll ask you to complete a talent/personality profile. We will use this as a starting point for conversation in later interviews.
1st interview - technical case: A session with our Tech Lead, Jonas, to work through a case and discuss our stack and how you think.
2nd interview: A talk with the founders to discuss the roadmap, the business, and shared expectations.
