We are now looking for a motivated and highly organized Customer Success Consultant for the Swedish market.
In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for your own customers and drive communication, activities towards existing customers and project management of each customer.

The main purpose for the Customer Success Consultant is to deliver and grow value for our customers in the Swedish market. Our customers are dealerships or workshops who use Autoflows to retain their customers and develop their business.
The Customer Success team aims to always deliver a great customer experience. We build and maintain customer relationships through onboarding and training, and together with our Support team, we ensure that our customers always feel fully supported. This has been a successful path to very low churn of customers and high customer satisfaction.
As a team, Customer Success is also responsible for continuous development of the customers, which means introducing new modules through training and identifying areas of growth for the specific market and customers.
The Customer Success team works together with the Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Support teams to drive innovation and development of our products and solutions.
Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction, success and retention of our customers in Sweden
Responsible for high quality onboarding and training of customers in Sweden
Project management of feature requests or similar projects
Ensure that customers utilize Autoflows' full potential
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure good communication, including effective email campaigns
Contribute to the development of the CS team's processes and tools, including our Autoflows Academy
Participate in trade fairs and dealer visits.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success colleague who already knows the processes in a CS team and how to work with customers. Preferably, you have a master’s degree in business, communication, digitalization or similar.
You should have experience with project management and customer success so you can hit the ground running but also challenge processes and optimize them.
Highly structured with solid project management skills and an eye for detail
Independent in your work: you can prioritize what is important and seek help when you get stuck
Helps your colleagues when they need it
Familiar with or motivated to work in a scale-up where priorities can change and where we challenge ourselves to develop new solutions and processes
Strong at building relationships and can communicate with customers at all levels in an organization

The role is on site in our Copenhagen office.
It is not a remote role.
It is a time-limited role (maternity cover) for 12-15 months.
