We are now looking for a Technical Customer Integration Specialist who enjoys solving complex tracking challenges and helping customers feel confident, understood, and supported throughout the process.

Guide customers through onboarding and technical integrations Work in both English and German
Identify configuration and tracking issues and collaborate closely with internal Product and Success teams as well as client developers and technical stakeholders
Troubleshoot complex tracking setups across Google Tag Manager, consent setups, and e commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento
Debug tracking issues using GTM Preview, browser developer tools, and a structured and methodical approach
Communicate clearly, calmly, and empathetically in writing, video calls, and asynchronous formats such as Loom
Take ownership of issues and follow them through until they are fully resolved
Identify recurring patterns in customer issues and contribute to documentation, internal improvements, and product feedback
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
A strong customer focused mindset with patience, warmth, and clarity
A sharp analytical approach with the ability to identify root causes and solve complex problems independently
Proven experience in technical support, implementation, or integrations, ideally within e commerce or marketing technology
Strong understanding of web tracking concepts such as data layers, triggers, and events, and how they are applied in practice
Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics GA4
Familiarity with Google Consent Mode, consent management platforms, and tag firing behaviour
Confidence using GTM Preview mode and browser developer tools such as the Network tab and Console
Basic understanding of JavaScript and HTML
A proactive and self motivated approach with a genuine interest in solving technical problems
Nice to have
Hands on experience implementing Google Tag Manager setups
Experience troubleshooting server side tracking implementations
Familiarity with validation tools such as Google Tag Assistant
Understanding of POAS and its role in marketing analytics
Experience working with or supporting marketing agencies
Knowledge of other analytics and tracking tools used in digital marketing
