As our new Social Media & Influencer Manager, you will play a key role in defining how our brand shows up across social media and creator-led channels. You will own and develop our social media, influencer, and UGC strategy, ensuring authentic, engaging content that strengthens brand relevance, community, and performance.
This role strengthens our brand and content efforts by driving creator-led storytelling, strategic partnerships, and scalable content formats that support growth across owned and paid channels. You will work closely with the Head of Brand, our website- and performance teams to ensure strong alignment between campaigns, storytelling, and execution.

In this role, you will take the overall ownership of our social media presence across platforms, working strategically with content, creators, and communities together with our Student Assistant. You will define and execute influencer and UGC initiatives aligned with campaigns and launches, while developing behind-the-scenes and culture-driven content that humanizes the brand. You will also help identify and activate strategic social partnerships such as running clubs, giveaways, and co-labs, helping us grow our community and reach new audiences through authentic collaborations.

You are proactive and enjoy turning ideas into action while collaborating across teams
You are highly structured and comfortable reporting on your performance
You stay on top of social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field
Proven experience with social media management, influencer marketing and UGC
Experience working with creators, partnerships, or community-driven initiatives
Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing content
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
