🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Growth Associate to help us build the marketing engine at Kiku. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and the founders to execute fast, remove friction, and turn ideas into results.

We are primarily looking for a high-potential Student Worker (20h/week) to start ASAP, with the possibility of joining full-time after you graduate

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• You’ll be hands-on driving our growth marketing strategy by executing events, webinars, and partnerships. There will be travel this spring - we want you to be where the action is to generate real pipeline

• You will work across the full marketing mix - copywriting, content marketing, and creative assets - producing work that stops the scroll and drives revenue

• You’ll manage and own the logistics, vendors, and tech stack behind our campaigns. You handle the grit and the details so the machine scales without friction

• From SEO to paid ads, you’ll constantly test and experiment new ideas and tighten the feedback loop between the market and our

👤 Who You Are

• You don’t wait for permission. You see a problem, and you fix it

• You can handle the logistics of European events while simultaneously drafting a LinkedIn post and checking ad spend

• You view this role as a masterclass in working hands-on. You want to be part of tough decisions, learn from mistakes, and see output of your work in real-time

• You are Copenhagen-based

• You are fluent in English
