Internship based in Copenhagen with an international focus.

Vald Agency is looking for an energetic and motivated intern to join our Copenhagen showroom team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fashion sales agency and exposure to the realities of an international, fast-paced industry.

You will be involved in daily showroom operations, Fashion Week preparations and client interactions, gaining insight into how collections are presented, sold and developed across markets.

As an independent agency, we are a small team operating in a fast-paced international fashion business, where workloads peak in short, intense periods and therefore strong collaboration, positive energy and mutual support are essential to how we work.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, is technically proficient and can work efficiently during busy periods.

What you will be part of

• Supporting daily showroom and back-office operations

• Preparing collections and showroom setups for buyer appointments

• Assisting the team during Fashion Week periods (including a trip to Paris)

• Joining meetings with buyers and designers

• Managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Learning how fashion brands grow internationally from season to season

You are likely a good fit if you

• Are confident using Excel, email and digital tools

• Are organised, structured and detail oriented

• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Are proactive, reliable and able to take responsibility

• Are comfortable switching between tasks and priorities

• Have a strong interest in fashion from both a business and creative perspective

Timing

• Full-time, 4–6 months

• Next period: March 15 - September 15, 2026
