As VP Finance, you will be a key strategic leader at Pandektes, shaping our current financial setup and optimising it for scale.
We’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and understands what it takes to scale a company from early traction.
You will own and evolve the finance function end-to-end; from building scalable financial infrastructure to partnering closely with our CEO and board on strategic decisions. You’ll combine sharp financial thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring we have the insights, structure, and capital needed to scale responsibly and ambitiously.
As part of the leadership team you’ll play a key role in scaling Pandektes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ****both strategic finance and operational execution.
Own and evolve Pandektes’ financial strategy, ensuring our financial setup scales with our growth ambitions
Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team on company-wide decisions
Set up and continuously improve operational finance processes, systems, and controls
Maintain a clear overview of key financial metrics, performance indicators to inform decision making
Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Work with external partners on accounting, audits, compliance etc.
Significant experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups, ideally in a VC- or PE-backed environment
Proven track record leading or playing a central role in fundraising (Series A/B/C and beyond) and/or M&A processes
Solid understanding of operational finance, including setting up finance functions from scratch or early stage
Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn financial data into clear business insights
You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving environments
