About the Role

Join More to Give as a Full Stack AI Developer and help build the AI systems that power our platform.

You will:

• Develop and implement end-to-end AI pipeline applications for end users

• Develop and implement data collection, cleanup, and feature engineering solutions

• Develop and implement production-grade AI agents, RAG pipelines, and workflows

• Deliver high-quality features that reach customers quickly and iterate based on feedback

• Contribute to architecture development and design in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

• Collaborate closely with our Senior Engineer on core AI development, including drafting tools and intelligent agents

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and microservices architecture

This is a hands-on building role. You'll work directly with the founding team, have real ownership over features, and see your work make an immediate impact.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong Python skills

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience

• 1+ year experience in production-grade AI/LLM application development

• Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks

• Solid prompt engineering skills

• API development experience (FastAPI preferred)

• PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Proficiency with AI code generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)

• Experience shipping quality software at a startup, scale-up, or company with strong engineering culture

Nice to have:

• Vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, or similar)

• Document generation (python-docx, python-pptx)

• TypeScript, React, or Next.js

• Web scraping

• Third-party API integrations

• Direct experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI APIs

What We Offer

• Total cash compensation of 525,000 to 575,000 DKK per year, depending on experience
