As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, youâll play a central role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire the best talent across the board. Youâll partner directly with Jonatan & Kristian - our two founders, hiring managers, and Operations to design an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Youâll not just be another person in HR, youâll be building the foundations of how All Gravy scales its team for the future.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Own and scale our talent acquisition engine: from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers - youâll drive the entire process.
Be creative in how we find talent: youâll experiment with new channels, events, campaigns, and content to reach the best candidates - never be afraid to test things out.
Take on the full onboarding and training experience of new employees.
Be on top of exit-interviews and the entire offboarding journey from A-Z.
Partner with department heads to deeply understand their needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: clear communication, fast feedback, and a human touch at every step.
Build and maintain talent pools: proactively engage future hires and strengthen our employer brand.
Use data to guide decisions: track conversion metrics, test sourcing strategies, and share insights with the team.
Lay the foundation for building a world-class People & Culture department in one of Denmark's most exciting scale-ups.
Champion culture: make sure every candidate feels what All Gravy stands for - from the first message all the way to the offer stage.
You have great energy and have a disciplined problem solver mindset. You should enjoy working in the dynamic startup environment, like to initiate new projects - but also get them over the finish line.
We look for employees who like being part of a team, are real team players, and have a mindset of learning & growing.
Have 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
Bring a hands-on and proactive approach - you like to make things happen, not just talk about them.
Be comfortable working end-to-end across multiple roles and departments.
Have excellent communication skills in English (and bonus points if you speak Danish).
Be curious about tech, people, and culture - youâre as excited about how we build teams as about who we hire.
Love collaboration, feedback, and iteration - you see recruiting as a team sport.
