Your Mission
Join us as Senior Product Manager for Product Operations and help shape the future of our next-generation public procurement platform. Reporting to the Product Director, you’ll drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle, ensuring we scale effectively while staying user-focused and insight-driven.
You’ll act as the glue between product, design, engineering, and commercial teams -putting the right processes, tools, insights, and feedback loops in place to support smarter decision-making and seamless product delivery.

Core Responsibilities
Run user research and structure feedback into actionable insights
Manage idea intake and foster a culture of innovation
Own product analytics and drive data-informed decisions
Lead product maintenance, defects prioritization, documentation and localization workflows
Support user migrations and internal stakeholder enablement
Champion tools, processes, and best practices for scaling
Required Qualifications
Strong experience (ideally 5+ years) in Product Management or Product Operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting
Strong analytical skills and experience with Data Analytics tools (Amplitude, Quicksight, or similar)
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and expertise with backlog management tools such as Jira
Proven ability to structure feedback and support cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
A user-first mindset and drive for continuous improvement
Fluent in (written and spoken) English
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Full time
Workplace type: Hybrid, working onsite at the office (min. 2 days per week) and from home, balancing flexibility with collaboration
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark or Utrecht, Netherlands
