Every month over 70,000 members across 13 markets get our monthly beauty subscription box sent to their doorstep. Each box creates a happy moment of self-indulgence.
We are on a mission to inspire and empower people to live a happier life, one happy moment at a time. Because being happy makes everything seem possible and will ultimately make the world a happier place. Pretty cool, right?
To keep the wheels turning and happy moments arriving on time in 13 different markets, we need the right hands on deck and the brain power to fuel the engine. This is where you come in.
We are looking for a structured, analytical, and execution-driven Operations & Planning maternity cover to join us for 12 months, starting April 1, 2026. In this role, you will ensure continuity and strong execution across box planning, production, inventory management, and send-outs across multiple markets.
You will play a key role in translating forecasts into accurate production plans, managing operational complexity, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to deliver on time, every month.
What you will be doing
Own end-to-end box planning and production execution across markets.
Translate forecasts into scopes, production quantities, and send-out plans.
Oversee inventory management for products, consumables, and packed boxes.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and production readiness.
Supervise rescoping, uploads, and send-out planning.
Proactively identify risks and ensure smooth monthly execution.
What you will bring to the role
Preferably 2–3 years of hands-on experience with clear ownership in a complex operational environment, covering planning, inventory, or production processes — but we encourage you to apply if you believe you’d be a brilliant fit, even if you don’t meet this requirement exactly.
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complexity.
Advanced user of Google Sheets / Excel, including formulas and large datasets.
Analytical, proactive, and reliable — you follow things through.
Strong communicator in English and comfortable working cross-functionally.
Experience from the cosmetics or beauty industry is a strong plus.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
What we offer
A 12-month fixed-term contract with real ownership and impact.
Exposure to end-to-end operations and planning at scale.
A collaborative, fast-paced, and ambitious working environment.
This role does not offer relocation support.
