Pie Systems is revolutionising Tax-Free Shopping by providing a fully digitised end-to-end solution that eliminates the hassles of traditional processes. Our platform enables merchants to seamlessly facilitate VAT refunds while consumers can claim them easily through our app. The solution is free, offering consumers the market’s lowest fees and merchants the highest revenue share. With Pie Systems, there are no more paper forms, long queues, or excessive fees it's a straightforward and efficient experience for everyone.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to join our team in Copenhagen. This is a part-time, on-site role where you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Daily tasks will include assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and working closely with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide feedback for continuous improvement. You will contribute to maintaining an exceptional user experience aligned with our goal to revolutionise Tax-Free Shopping.

You’ll be the friendly face behind the screen, helping tourists navigate their VAT refund:
Validate and approve VAT refund claims.
Support tourists via Intercom with clear, empathetic communication.
Support our merchants 🤝
Our merchant partners rely on us and you to keep the engine running smoothly:
Packing and sending materials to merchants in Europe.
Deliver materials physically to merchants in Copenhagen.
Answer merchant questions and provide high-quality support.
Share insights from the field to help us continuously improve and build better processes. Your feedback helps shape how we operate tomorrow. In a startup, your voice really matters.
Fluent in Danish and English (must-have).
French or Spanish is a big plus, as well as Japanese and Chinese.
Structured, systematic, and detail-oriented.
Service-minded with a genuine passion for helping others.
Strong communicator who enjoys solving problems.
Results-driven and ready to take initiative.
Flexible hours (15–20/week) perfect alongside studies.

You’ll report to Tina Larsen, Customer Success Manager Europe.
Contract, terms and salary negotiation is handled by Nina Seidenfaden, General Manager Europe.
