Product Management Assistant

Salary Competitive

About the role

We’re looking for a Working Student / Student Assistant to support our Product Management team with hands-on execution across product marketing and go-to-market activities. You’ll help us keep product materials, documentation, and launch plans structured, current, and ready for customers and our sales teams.

This is a great role if you’re in your final year of a Master’s program and want to gain practical experience at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales in the context of energy management and EV charging infrastructure.

What you’ll do

Product Marketing support

  • Support creation and maintenance of customer- and sales-facing materials (one-pagers, datasheets, slide decks, FAQs).

  • Help manage and structure product content and documentation (internal knowledge base, release notes, product pages).

  • Coordinate feedback loops with product managers, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Go-To-Market overview & launch support

  • Help maintain a clear overview of upcoming releases and launches (marketing launch, sales launch, enablement).

  • Support launch planning tasks: checklists, timelines, stakeholder coordination, meeting notes, follow-ups.

  • Track deliverables and keep launch assets aligned across teams.

  • Help improve internal processes for documentation, asset management, and launch readiness.

What we’re looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (preferably final year).

  • Preferred: background or strong interest in engineering / energy-related topics. Electrical engineering, energy management, and load management are ideal, but similar technical disciplines—including industrial/business engineering — are also a great fit, especially in the context of EV charging infrastructure.

  • Strong organization skills and a structured way of working.

  • Excellent written communication (English required; German is a plus).

  • Comfortable working with docs and slides; you like making complex things clear.

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Nice to have

  • First experience in product management, product marketing, consulting, or B2B tech.

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, HubSpot, Figma, or similar.

  • Interest in B2B go-to-market, sales enablement, and product storytelling.

What we offer

  • Hands-on experience in a fast-growing cleantech scale-up working with real products, customers, and launches.

  • Direct collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success).

  • High ownership and real impact—your work will be used, not shelved.

  • Steep learning curve in product marketing, go-to-market execution, and B2B SaaS.

  • Flexible working hours that fit your studies.

  • Hybrid work setup (office + remote).

  • Free lunch at the office, great coffee, snacks, and a welcoming, international team.

  • A supportive culture that values trust, ownership, and learning.
