Our customers rely on us when timing matters, pressure is high, and there’s no room for error. We don’t just deliver tech - we deliver calm, confidence, and control. We just launched Fredo, which is a new brand focusing on our global name badge printing services.
We're at an inflection point. We've proven product-market fit across 55 countries, and now we need someone who can build a repeatable, scalable top-of-funnel engine. This is not a strategy-only role. It's about shipping good work, consistently, and knowing whether it works or not.
You're a B2B SaaS marketing specialist with deep expertise in top-of-funnel. You know how to generate quality demand, not just leads. You enjoy turning real customer stories into content, launching initiatives without being asked twice, and checking the numbers to see if your work actually drives pipeline.
Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution:
Drive awareness and demand generation across channels
Build and optimize campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
Test, iterate, and scale what works
Produce and publish B2B SaaS content:
Case studies
Webinars
LinkedIn posts
Website and campaign copy
Track and optimize performance:
Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates
Use analytics to inform strategy and tactical decisions
Report on pipeline contribution and ROI
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to turn real use-cases into strong content and ensure marketing-sourced leads convert
A proven B2B SaaS marketer with experience owning top-of-funnel
Fluent in demand generation: You know the difference between MQLs and SQLs, and you care about pipeline quality
A strong copywriter who can turn rough input into clear, compelling output
Data-driven: Comfortable reading analytics, understanding funnel metrics, and adjusting fast
Proactive, structured, and reliable
Fluent in English (near-native level)
You don’t need to:
Speak Danish
Be overly senior or title-driven
Spend weeks polishing decks instead of shipping
Top-of-funnel metrics are consistently improving
We have a steady flow of qualified opportunities entering the pipeline
Campaigns are launched, measured, and optimized systematically
We have clarity on what performs and what doesn't
Sales and CS feel supported by relevant, usable marketing material
