About the role

Wholesale is where lifestyle brands make most of their money. It’s also where a lot of revenue quietly disappears.


Not because teams don’t work hard, but because the system is broken:

  • Retail partners reorder too late

  • Stock gaps aren’t spotted in time

  • Follow-ups fall through

  • Everything gets handled through inboxes, spreadsheets, and PDFs


We’re building the platform that fixes this.

We are three co-founders behind a new order-based CRM for lifestyle brands selling wholesale. The product is built from the problems we’ve seen repeatedly in real life. The founder has spent 7 years close to wholesale and retail, and the platform is designed around how teams actually work, not how software thinks they work.


We’re currently in stealth, but the product is already built with real customers:

  • 5 pilot brands in the 20–800M DKK revenue range

  • more brands ready to onboard right after launch

  • target: launch v1 by the end of Q1 2026


Now we’re looking for a Founding Engineer to take technical ownership and help bring the product from strong MVP to Ver1 and beyond.


What we’re building

A platform that automatically drives wholesale for lifestyle brands (interior, fashion, and more). It collects partner signals (orders, stock, pricing) and turns them into:

  • partner-specific order suggestions

  • automated follow-ups and reminders

  • reorder signals based on real changes

  • network-wide visibility across retail partners


What you’ll be doing

As our Founding Engineer, you will:

  • Take ownership of architecture and key technical decisions

  • Build core product features end-to-end (frontend + backend)

  • Strengthen the foundation as we go from pilots to v1 launch

  • Work directly with the founders on product decisions


What you bring

You’ll do well in this role if you have:

  • A strong fullstack skill set (or very strong on one side + capable on the other)

  • Comfort taking responsibility for architecture and trade-offs

  • A pragmatic mindset: quality matters, but shipping matters too

  • Interest in building early-stage systems where a lot is still being defined


Who you’ll work with

You’ll work directly with the three co-founders.

One co-founder has many years of experience building similar SaaS companies. The founder brings the industry context and customer access. You bring technical ownership and build the foundation that scales.
