We are now looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Board and help lead the company into its next phase of growth.
Reporting to CEO Thor Möger Pedersen, you will play a key role in executing our 2025–2030 strategy “Ride and Do Well”, with a clear path to EBT breakeven in 2026 and sustained profitability thereafter.
Lead and professionalize Finance, FP&A, HR operations, and Legal & Governance
Build a robust IFRS and internal control setup suited for a listed company
Strengthen FP&A and P&L accountability across regions (Nordics, Benelux, DACH)
Drive capital allocation, debt & equity structuring, and investor relations
Ensure Nasdaq First North compliance and high-quality reporting
Act as a close sparring partner to the CEO and COO in strategic and operational decisions
Current CFO or senior finance leader from a scale-up or asset-heavy business (mobility, logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing)
Strong experience with IFRS, capital raising, cash flow management, and business finance
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
Experienced leader who thrives in an informal, collaborative culture while raising the professional bar
A listed scale-up with a clear strategy and a strong mandate for change
