Purpose

Grow athme by embedding it into existing sports communities and helping those communities thrive on the platform.

What this role actually does

• Connect with established sports communities such as clubs, informal groups, universities, and companies

• Build trust with organizers and community leaders

• Bring entire communities onto athme, not just individual players

• Help communities run their activities better using athme

• Be present on the ground when needed at events, campuses, sports halls, or meetups

• Identify high potential communities and support their long term growth

• Act as the voice of communities internally and help shape priorities

• Collect structured feedback from hosts and players to improve the product

What success looks like

• Active communities consistently using athme

• Organic growth inside and between communities

• Strong word of mouth among organizers

• Recurring events and long term host retention

What you bring / Profile

• Someone who genuinely enjoys sports and community building

• Comfortable talking to organizers and being present where things happen

• Business minded but human in approach

• Motivated by participation and real world impact

• No formal experience required. Volunteering, student clubs, sports teams, or event organizing are very relevant

• Comfortable learning by doing and adapting based on what works in real life

• Proactive attitude. You take ownership and move things forward

• Strong cultural fit if you actively play or follow sports like football, padel, volleyball, fitness, etc.

• Student based in Denmark
